Asa Maintenance Operative, you will ensure our customers have the best experienceby delivering proactive and responsive repair and maintenance services. Youwill promptly address faults and maintenance requests within the accommodation,ensuring timely resolutions.

Duties:

·        General building maintenance, ensuring a safe and tidy environment

·        Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the studentaccommodation.

·        Provide excellent customer service when speaking with colleaguesand students

·        Be responsible forthe planned maintenance including fire alarm testing, emergency lightingtesting, fire extinguisher checks water hygiene flushing / temperaturemonitoring, shower head descaling and health & safety checks

·        Record, log andmonitor any maintenance issues that may arise within the maintenance logbook

Skills and Experience Required:

·        High attention to detail.

·        Previous experience of maintenance, general handyman work

·        Hard working and reliable.

·        Great communicational skills.

·        Having a thorough understanding of Health and Safety.
