Job Duties:

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across site machinery

• Respond quickly to breakdowns to minimise downtime

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and basic electrical faults

• Maintain and service a range of production and heavy plant equipment

• Complete routine checks and component replacements

• Ensure machinery is operating safely and efficiently

• Follow and update maintenance schedules and records

• Work closely with production teams to keep operations running smoothly

• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the site

What we are looking for:

• Strong mechanical engineering background (essential)

• Basic electrical knowledge

• Experience working with production machinery or heavy plant equipment

• Ability to fault-find and resolve issues efficiently

• Experience within PPM and reactive maintenance environments

• Hands-on, proactive approach with a willingness to get stuck in

• Calm under pressure with good problem-solving skills

• Team player who can also work independently when required

• Hardworking, reliable and flexible attitude

• Forklift licence (desirable but not essential)
