Job Duties:

• Managing incoming customer enquiries and ensuring a high level of service

• Supporting Account Managers and Sales Admin with day to day tasks

• Preparing proposals, processing orders and handling payments

• Assisting with new customer onboarding and maintaining the CRM system

• Building strong relationships with clients and keeping them up to date

• Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services

• Strong communication skills - written and verbal

• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks

• A proactive and can do attitude

• Some understanding of sales, customer service or CRM systems

• A team player who is keen to learn and develop
