Duties will include:

• Conducting external laboratory audits
• Product quality verification through lab testing and inspection
• Support of ISO9001 audits
• Creating COA’s (Certificates of Analysis)
• Creating TD’s (Total Dissolved)
• Creating procedures and maintenance of the Quality manual
• Providing technical support
• Customer and supplier compliant investigations
• Completing customer questionnaires
• Supporting the supplier and product approval process
• Support of customer audits

Key skills and attributes required:

• Previous experience in a Quality role within food manufacturing or raw ingredients
• Relevant qualification would be desirable
• Ability to communicate in a 2nd language would be desirable
• Structured but flexible working approach
• Accurate analyst with outstanding attention to detail
• Strong MS Excel Skills
