We are seeking an adaptable, proactive and detail-orientated HR Coordinator to join our client’s commercial team. Working directly with the HR Manager you will assisting in day-to-day duties which can include a wide range HR duties from recruitment to employee relations, filing to system maintenance. • Manage the HR inbox, responding to queries
• Scanning and filling of all HR-related documentation
• Support with providing HR advice and guidance to managers and employees
• Assist with supporting managers with the application of HR policies across the business
• Assist with end-to-end recruitment process, including liaising with recruitment agencies
• Support with monitoring sickness absence rates across the business
• Conducting return to work meetings
• Provide note taking support at meetings
• Manage the administration of maternity, paternity and family leave policies
• Manage starters, leavers and internal changes
• Issue of relevant documentation, update of systems and associated payroll changes
• Support with employee and temporary worker induction process.
• Support with updating company policies and procedures.
• Be an Expert user of HR system (BreatheHR)
• Assist with employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
• Prepare payroll data for processing, assisting with any payroll related queries
• Manage the administration of employee benefits.
• Manage the administration of internal and external training
• Manage the Company long service reward process.
• Manage the administration of employee workwear.
• Assist with internal and external audit requirements.
• Attend social committee meetings and assist the committee with organising employee events/gifts and charity events.
• CIPD Level 3 (or relevant experience in a HR/People Team)
• Experience of HR administration in a busy working environment (manufacturing or
• construction environment preferable).
• Good knowledge of MS packages including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Excellent communication skills
• Good attention to detail and be able to prioritise effectively.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Have a proactive continuous improvement mindset
