Key Responsibilities

‍

• Managing and responding to general HR queries via email and telephone.
• Providing day-to-day HR administration and maintaining accurate employee records.
• Supporting the onboarding process for new employees.
• Processing starters, leavers and internal employee changes.
• Assisting with recruitment administration, including arranging interviews and liaising with candidates.
• Supporting absence and sickness administration.
• Assisting with maternity, paternity and family leave administration.
• Preparing information and documentation for payroll.
• Maintaining employee files and HR systems.
• Supporting the administration of employee training and development.
• Assisting with employee benefits and other HR-related processes.
• Providing administrative support with HR policies and procedures.
• Supporting employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
• Assisting with HR projects and providing general support to the HR team.
• Producing HR information and reports when required.
• Taking notes at meetings and providing general administrative support.

Ideal Candidate

‍

• Previous experience within an HR, People or administration environment.
• Good understanding of general HR administration.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good IT skills, particularly Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
• A professional, approachable and confidential manner.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
