What you’ll do:

You’ll be right at the heart of the hatchery operation, helping ensure everything runs smoothly from egg production through to the delivery of day-old ducks. You’ll support daily hatchery tasks, keep your working environment clean and hygienic, complete records accurately and help maintain the highest standards of biosecurity and animal welfare. You’ll also monitor health and safety equipment, report any issues to management and work closely with the wider team to keep everything on track. No two days need to be the same, so a positive attitude and willingness to get involved will go a long way!
