Duties and Responsibilities:

·        Travel throughout the UK and internationally to support customer sites.

·        Carry out preventative maintenance to maximise machine performance and reliability.

·        Diagnose and repair electrical and electronic faults.

·        Install, commission and test new machinery.

·        Perform equipment calibration to manufacturer specifications.

·        Carry out machine servicing, repairs and upgrades.

·        Refurbish and modify existing equipment.

·        Provide professional technical support and training to customers where required.

·        Complete service reports, maintenance records, timesheets and expense documentation accurately.

·        Buildstrong working relationships with customers while representing the businessprofessionally.

Critical skills, competency and expectation:

·        Aqualification in Electrical or Electronic Engineering (Degree, HNC, HND orBTEC).

·        Apassion for engineering and problem solving.

·        Excellentcommunication and customer service skills.

·        Strong written English and report writing ability.

·        Full UK driving licence.

·        Willingness and flexibility to travel extensively throughout the UK and overseas, including occasional trips of up to three weeks.

·        Abilityto obtain security clearance where required for international travel.

·        Eligibility to travel internationally without visa or passport restrictions.
