We are currently recruiting for experienced Forklift Drivers to join our client, Mizkan, at their busy manufacturing site. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced production environment, where you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth movement of stock, materials, and finished goods while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Working as part of the warehouse and production team, you will be responsible for operating forklift trucks to load and unload deliveries, move stock throughout the site, supply production lines with materials, and safely store finished products. This role would suit someone reliable, safety-conscious, and confident working in a busy environment where accuracy, awareness, and teamwork are essential.

Job Duties:

·        Operating forklift trucks safely and efficiently to move stock, raw materials, and finished goods around site

·        Loading and unloading deliveries, ensuring goods are handled carefully and stored correctly

·        Supplying production lines with materials to support smooth day-to-day operations

·        Transporting finished products to designated storage or dispatch areas

·        Carrying out basic stock checks and ensuring inventory is stored accurately

·        Completing pre-use FLT checks and reporting any faults or maintenance issues promptly

·        Ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed at all times, particularly when operating machinery

·        Keeping warehouse and storage areas clean, tidy, and organised

·        Working closely with production and warehouse teams to meet daily operational targets

·        Reporting any damages, discrepancies, or safety concerns to supervisors promptly

What we are looking for:

·        In-Date Counter balance Forklift License Essential (in-house license considered)

·        Hard working and reliable with a strong work ethic

·        Comfortable with manual tasks and able to handle heavy lifting when required

·        Team player who works well with others in a busy environment

·        Keen to learn and develop new skills on the job

·        Flexible and adaptable to changing tasks and production demands

·        Attentionton detail, particularly when following quality and safety procedures

·        Punctualant committed to maintaining excellent attendance

·        Manufacturingor production experience is desirable, but full training will be provided
