We are looking for a reliable, physically fit individual to join a fast-paced agricultural operation. The successful candidate will be trained to operate a beetroot washing and grading line, handle produce safely and efficiently and assist with forklift and site operations.

Job Duties:

• Operate and monitor washing and grading lines

• Ensure produce is washed, graded, and handled according to quality standards

• Loading and unloading boxes and big bags

• Assist with movement of stock around the site

• Support quality control with inventory management and record keeping

• Operate forklifts and other site machinery safely

• Maintain high health and safety standards at all times

What we are looking for:

• Forklift and telehandler experience; refresher training can be provided

• Mechanically minded and able to assist with machinery

• Strong attention to detail with stock control experience

• Reliable, punctual, and physically fit for heavy lifting

• Positive team player with good communication skills

• Own transport essential due to rural location
