We are looking for a Finance Systems & Data Analyst who goes beyond reporting. Someone who improves how data is built, used and trusted across the business.

You will play a key role in implementing and developing a new ERP system (Odoo), taking ownership of data quality and turning insight into real commercial decisions across pricing, stock, production and profitability.

This is a hands on opportunity to get under the hood of systems, fix what does not work and make a genuine impact — not just produce numbers

Job Duties:

‍

• Analyse cost of sales and highlight margin issues

• Review sales orders and ensure BOM accuracy

• Track projects to support invoicing and revenue recognition

• Support ERP (Odoo) implementation and data build

• Reconcile inventory, orderbooks, and production data

• Develop and automate reports, dashboards, and financial models

• Identify data gaps and improve processes across the business

• Provide insights to reduce costs and improve efficiency

What we are looking for:

• Experience in a Finance Data Analyst or similar data focused role

• Strong Excel skills and reporting capability

• Experience working within a finance team

• ERP system experience (Odoo or similar preferred)

• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail

• Proactive approach — someone who improves, not just maintains
