Finance Assistant
We are looking for a data entry assistant to join our clients finance team, you will be working in a team of Purchase Ledger Clerks transferring data from one financial system to another. To be suitable for this role you will have a very basic understanding of accounts, with strong numerical skills but be able to work with complete accuracy.

Location: Soham, Cambridgeshire
Hours: 8am – 5pm Monday – Friday
Salary: £9.00 – £10.00 per hour + holiday pay
Duration: 3 months
You will be working in your own office allowing the social distancing measures to be in place. You will be on site with two other full-time employees who also have their own offices so there will be no need for any form of physical or social contact. As you will be working alone supported by a manager who is home working you must be responsible and able to manage your own time. A driving licence is essential for this role due to the rural location.
Duties:
• Transferring financial data from one system to a new system
• Checking the data for any anomalies according to published management accounts
Skills and Experience:
• Strong planning and organisational skills
• Strong numerical skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel
• You MUST have a driving licence to work in this position due to the location
