Join a well-established agricultural business in Attleborough, where you’ll play an important role in the day-to-day running of a busy farm. From assembling livestock pens and handling materials to supporting animal welfare and carrying out general farm duties, you’ll be involved in a variety of practical tasks. Full training will be provided, so if you’re reliable, physically fit and enjoy working as part of a team, this could be the opportunity for you!

What you’ll do:

You’ll be getting stuck into a range of hands-on farm duties, helping to keep operations running smoothly and ensuring livestock are cared for properly. You’ll assemble livestock pens, assist with maintaining healthy stock weights and welfare standards, complete weekly stocktakes and help distribute materials around the site. You may also have the opportunity to drive tractors on private land, with training provided where needed. You’ll need to follow health and safety procedures, communicate effectively with your manager and work closely with the team to get the job done.

What you’ll need:

· A reliable, hardworking attitude and excellent timekeeping.

· Good physical fitness, as the role involves heavy lifting and manual work.

· Strong communication skills and the confidence to raise any concerns.

· A positive, team-focused approach.

· The ability to follow instructions and maintain high health and safety standards.

· Previous tractor driving experience would be an advantage, but full training will be provided.

· A flexible approach to duties and a willingness to learn.
