We are currently recruiting for a Facilities Maintenance Engineer to join our client, a well-established and growing professional services organisation with multiple offices across East Anglia. Job Duties:

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repair activities across multiple office locations.

• Coordinate external contractors, ensuring RAMS documentation and compliance requirements are in place

• Perform general maintenance including plumbing, basic electrical works, decoration, and building fabric repairs

• Maintain accurate asset registers, maintenance records, and technical documentation

• Assist with facilities administration including supplier coordination, contractor performance monitoring, and invoice review

• Support facilities budget management and assist with cost-effective decision making

• Ensure sites remain safe, compliant, and fully operational at all time

• Provide support across facilities, reception, and office services when required

What we are looking for:

• Engineering or maintenance background (plumbing, electrical, or general facilities maintenance preferred)

• Experience carrying out building maintenance, repairs, or facilities engineering tasks

• Strong understanding of Health & Safety compliance and safe working practices

• Experience working with contractors and managing maintenance activities

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach

• Good communication and organisational skills

• Computer literate with Microsoft Office knowledge
