We are seeking a skilled and experienced Engineering Supervisor. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Engineering Supervisor to lead, develop and support a multi-skilled maintenance team within a fast-moving production environment.

You will be responsible for driving preventative maintenance, improving reliability, coordinating improvement projects, ensuring compliance, and creating a culture that enables the engineering function to collaborate and perform effectively.

Job Duties:

• Lead, motivate and develop an engineering team to meet site objectives

• Plan, manage and review preventative, scheduled and corrective maintenance activities

• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, H&S and food safety standards

• Support troubleshooting and major breakdowns, escalating where required

• Coordinate improvement projects and drive OEE and performance gains

• Issue permits to work and manage contractors delivering site maintenance

• Monitor performance against KPIs, work order clearance and outstanding tasks

• Conduct team briefings, reviews, handovers and performance meetings

• Analyse engineering data to prioritise activities and maximise reliability

What we are looking for:

• Degree or minimum 3 years’ relevant engineering leadership experience

• Strong understanding of maintenance management and compliance

• Ability to lead and inspire teams in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

• Continuous improvement mindset with experience managing projects

• Confident working cross-functionally with Operations and Technical teams
