Busy Bee Recruitment are supporting a well-established and growing agricultural business in their search for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their maintenance team. This is a varied, hands-on role working across multiple sites, offering long-term stability, strong training support and genuine career progression opportunities.

Job Duties:

• Planned and preventative electrical maintenance

• Fault finding, testing and repair of electrical equipment

• Isolating defective equipment and carrying out corrective actions

• Installation of electrical systems and associated equipment

• Completing relevant certification following works

• Supporting continuous improvement of plant reliability

• Participating in the on-call rota (including authorised person duties)

• Ensuring all work complies with electrical and safety regulations

• Attending internal training workshops and development courses

What we are looking for:

• NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)

• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations

• Full UK Driving Licence

• Experience working to safe systems of work

• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Flexible approach to working hours and call-out rota.
