We are on the lookout for a dynamic Customer Service Supervisor to join a thriving global business! In this role, you will lead, inspire, and develop a passionate customer service team, driving service excellence at every interaction. You will be the go to problem solver, handling escalations with confidence and acting as the vital link between customers and key departments including Sales, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Accounts.

Job Duties:

• Supervise, coach, and develop the Customer Service team to deliver outstanding service

• Monitor and measure team performance, driving continuous improvement

• Act as the main liaison for customers on queries, escalations, and service issues

• Support order fulfilment, returns, credits, and compliance with regulatory requirements

• Lead on customer service projects, initiatives, and quality improvements

• Collaborate cross functionally to resolve production, delivery, and billing challenges

• Recruit, train, and retain high performing team members

What we are looking for:

• 3+ years’ leadership experience in customer service or similar

• Experience using Salesforce (or similar CRM) and ERP systems

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment

• Proactive, solution focused, and confident in decision making

• Experience in logistics (desirable)
