• Respond to all customer enquiries via telephone, email, written correspondence,
• Handle customer complaints received through the call centre
• Process customer sales orders received by post and telephone, including replacement orders, stock returns, and refunds
• Provide support across other areas of the business during busy periods as needed
• Previous administrative experience is essential
• Strong data entry skills are an advantage – excellent attention to details
• Confident telephone manner with excellent communication skills.
• Friendly and approachable, with a passion for delivering great customer service.
• Detail-oriented and highly organised.
