What we are looking for:

• Making outbound calls to confirm orders

• Answering inbound calls and taking notes

• Updating the database with accurate notes

• Updating and using Excel spreadsheets on a daily basis

• Supporting customer and client queries and handling these efficiently

• Supporting the team where possible and assisting within the office

Skills Required:

• Strong IT skills

• Be a conscientious team player with good all-round communication skills

• Good telephone manner

• Be energetic & positive, with a ‘can do’ attitude towards customers at all time
