We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a friendly and busy team based in Waterbeach on a temporary basis until Christmas.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers, has strong communication skills and is looking for an immediate start. You'll be supporting the day-to-day customer service function, ensuring enquiries are handled efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Responding to customer enquiries via telephone and email.

• Providing excellent customer service and resolving queries.

• Processing customer orders and updating internal systems.

• Maintaining accurate customer records and information.

• Liaising with internal departments to resolve customer issues.

• Supporting the wider team with general administrative duties.

Ideal Candidate

‍

• Previous customer service or administration experience preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Confident using computers and Microsoft Office.

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

• A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Available to start immediately and commit until Christmas.
