Making outbound calls to confirm orders

Answering inbound calls and taking notes

Updating the database with accurate notes

Updating and using Excel spreadsheets on a daily basis

Supporting customer and client queries and handling these efficiently

Supporting the team where possible and assisting within the office

Skills Required:

Strong IT skills

Be a conscientious team player with good all-round communication skills

Good telephone manner

Be energetic & positive, with a 'can do' attitude towards customers at all time
