Duties to include:

‍

·        Setup and operate CNC machines using Heidenhain and Siemens control systems

·        Programboth online (at the machine)and offline,ensuring optimal tool paths and efficiency using featurecam and hypermill

·        Operate 4-axis and 5-axis CNC millingmachines, ensuring precision and quality throughout themachining process

·        Accurately read and interpret engineeringdrawings to machine components to specification

·        Conduct in-process inspection and quality checks on own work to ensure compliance with dimensional andsurface finish requirements

·        Setup appropriate tooling, fixtures, and work holding to support production operations

Skills/Experience required:

‍

·        Proven experience operating and setting up 4-axis and 5-axis CNC machines (ideally within a precision engineering or aerospace environment)

·        Proven experience programming on and off the machine.

·        Strong ability to set up, run, and troubleshoot CNC machines independently

·        Competent in reading technical drawings and working to tight tolerances

·        A proactive and dependable team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
