Job Duties:

‍

• Be the first point of contact for priority clients, handling queries and updates

• Unpack, check and register incoming samples in the lab

• Track samples through each stage to ensure deadlines and SLAs are met

• Proactively communicate any delays or issues (e.g. equipment breakdowns)

• Liaise with internal teams to keep processes moving efficiently

• Build strong relationships with demanding clients and manage expectations

• Highly organised with good attention to detail

• Comfortable working in both an office and lab setting

• Able to manage priorities and stay calm under pressure
