We’re working with our client to recruit a reliable Assembly Operative to join their production team. This hands-on role involves assembling components, checking quality, and packing products to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.

Who are we?

Duties will include:

• Assembling products following work instructions.

• Checking syringes for quality and defects.

• Packing syringes and finished products to required standards.

• Picking parts and job orders for production.

• Completing basic quality checks and reporting issues.

• Assisting with packing orders ready for dispatch.

• Moving materials between departments as required.

• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

• Completing production paperwork and basic system updates.

Key skills and attributes required:

• Previous assembly or production experience beneficial but not essential.

• Good attention to detail.

• Ability to follow instructions and work to quality standards.

• Reliable team player with a positive attitude.

• Good organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
