Recruitment Administrator

Are you a positive minded person who is goal driven? My client is looking for a strong team player who is focused on continuous improvement to work along side their Recruitment team. In return, you will be provided with customised training and development that can accelerate your career progression!!
What you will be doing:
- Advertise vacancies on workable
- Review and manage any CV’s and applications
- Scheduling of interviews
- Liaising with Recruiting Managers/Candidates and agencies
- Booking meeting rooms
- Arranging PPE for onsite tours and lunches if required
- Creating job adverts
- Update the onsite vacancies board and various publication sites and agencies
- Make sure all paperwork is in place including right to work checked and pre-employment checks
- Provide support with recruitment fairs, open days, and other recruitment events
- General office administration
About you:
- Excellent good understanding of Employment Law
- Strong communication skills
- Good understanding of using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team
