Quality Assurance Coordinator

We are currently looking for candidates with exceptional attention to detail and due diligence skills. You will be Degree educated (in any subject) and be able to show that you are able to manage multiple projects and tasks at any one time. Supporting this consultancy, you will be a key player within team and be able to show excellent written communication skills and a desire to manage various processes. This position is a business support role from a quality perspective and therefore would not appeal to those seeking laboratory or software QA roles.

Duties:

• Managing and coordinating a range of core activities within the department
• Maintain company QMS system
• Improving the validation of tools used across the company to support various projects
• Supporting the transition to a new document management system
• Evaluation of new documentation structures, naming conventions & categorisation in the system
• Evaluating new processes, improving existing processes using a structured & analytical approach
• Reviewing and updating key project documentation to align with process improvements
• Creating new documentation to support new processes and ways of working
• Analysing performance data to evaluate the business and report as required
• Revising company procedures to ensure they remain up to date as we adopt new systems
• Ensuring QA activities are appropriately communicated, and training events undertaken
• Able to communicate well with management, engineering and support staff
• Understanding of (ISO 9001 and ISO 13485)

Skills and Experience Required:

• Holding an analytical mindset
• Highly methodical and organised in your approach
• Significant experience of using MS Word, MS Excel and MS Project
• Excellent attention to detail and diligence is essential
• Qualified to degree level in any subject
