Working in a modern facility on the outskirts of Ely you oversee a team of 4 ensuring that the material flow from Production through to shipping is smooth. Experienced in LEAN manufacturing you will be confident to implement and oversee continuous improvement activities.

Daily duties:

• Lead a team of 4 in managing material flow and production scheduling
• Implement new systems such as water spider routes and PFEP
• Conduct audits, root cause analysis, and lead improvement initiatives
• Develop standard work for key processes in Planning, Stores, and Shipping
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards and oversee risk assessments

What we are looking for:

• Previous management experience of leading a team within Planning or Supply Chain
• Proficiency with ERP systems
• Flexibility to adjust working hours when needed
• Experience in waste and cost reductions
• LEAN manufacturing background
• Strong communicator
• Detail orientated working style
