This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous accounting experience who enjoys working in a varied role covering accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general finance administration.

Job Duties:

• Processing and entering supplier invoices accurately into the accounting system
• Monitoring and managing the finance inbox
• Processing supplier invoice queries and liaising with suppliers
• Managing customer receipts and allocating payments against outstanding invoices
• Supporting first-line credit control
• Maintaining accurate financial records and supporting finance department and Financial Controller
• Completing month-end aged creditor and accounts payable reconciliations

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience in an accounting or finance administration role (minimum one year preferred)
• Strong Excel skills and confidence using accounting software or ERP systems
• Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
• Confident communicator, able to liaise professionally with suppliers, customers and internal teams
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
