Job Duties:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
• Contact customers regarding promotions, new product launches and business updates
• Identify customer needs and provide effective solutions
• Respond to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Process customer orders and payments accurately
• Manage customer expectations and resolve issues efficiently
• Maintain and update customer records within the CRM system
• Support the field sales team with customer activity and administration
• Contribute towards company sales and service targets
• Provide general administrative support within a busy office environment

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience in Account Management or  Internal Sales
• A proactive and solutions focused approach.
• High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
• Good IT skills and experience using CRM systems
• A positive, enthusiastic and team oriented attitude
