• Act as the first point of contact for IT support queries via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve a broad range of 1st line technical issues, escalating more complex incidents when required.
• Provide support across Microsoft 365, Windows operating systems, Active Directory, networking, and end-user devices.
• Log, prioritise, and manage support tickets, ensuring issues are resolved within agreed service levels.
• Support users with hardware and software issues, including laptops, mobile devices, printers, and VoIP systems.
• Communicate effectively with customers, providing regular updates and managing expectations throughout the support process.
• Work closely with internal teams and third-party suppliers to ensure efficient issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate documentation, contribute to knowledge base articles, and identify opportunities to improve processes and service delivery.
• Previous experience in a 1st Line Support, Service Desk, or IT Support role.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows OS, Active Directory, and basic networking.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Experience supporting hardware, software, and end users in a busy environment.
• Ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop within IT.
