Team NewsHaving recently studied and passed her REC Level 2 Certificate in Recruitment Resourcing, securing a Merit grade, our Office Assistant Hannah is celebrating her promotion to Candidate Manager. Hannah’s main new position within the organisation will be to source candidates for our thriving temporary division.
When joining Busy Bee Recruitment, Hannah’s dream was to work in the Recruitment industry, and we are thrilled to be supporting her career progression. Hannah has impressed us with her motivation, capability to work under pressure and her overall persona, she is an incredibly valuable member of the team and we cannot wait to watch her achieve her goals.
Hannah’s secret to keeping a calm mind is to write down everything, to do lists, taking notes in meetings, she also believes in the power of crystals – clearing your mind to give you a fresh mindset!
A note from Hannah
“The main things I am excited to do within my new role is to still be supporting the consultants but to also gain even more experience talking to and helping candidates find their ideal roles! Also, to gain even more experience in a more recruitment-based role is super exciting for me! Completing my REC Level 2 in recruitment resourcing really helped me with this as it not only helped me learn so much about the industry, it also really made me eager to explore the possibility of a career in recruitment here at Busy Bee in the future”.
Wondering what is next for Busy Bee Recruitment? We have further plans for growth in 2022! Keep an eye on our social media pages for more company updates!
